We mainly support the companies located in India to raise its level by implementing the Japanese manufacturing concept “Monozukuri”. We have a team of Japanese and Indian experts who have been working in implementation of Monozukuri since last 20 Years.Our team visits the company site and evaluates the current level of shop floor based on Monozukuri Evaluation Sheets prepared by our experts. In order to improve the current manufacturing level of the company, Our team imparts various trainings to employees of the company and further will do continuous follow up with them to get the desired result. Initially we select one model line in shop floor and implement the best manufacturing practices there. Afterwards we will do the horizontal deployment in other lines of the shop floor. Our experts will not only evaluate the shop floor but also guide to improve the situation further to always be in line with the standard practices followed up by best companies of Japan.
