Timely Delivery With Regular Management Reporting

Sanso keihatsu does the day wise and week wise planning for the project so that project is completed on the set target date. Regular Management reporting is made minimum once in every 3 weeks to evaluate the project status along with Customer Management Team.

Sanjay Kumar

Founder & Managing Director

Mr. Sanjay Kumar is a manufacturing transformation expert with 29+ years of industry experience, including 7+ years of training and work in Japan. A certified specialist in MONOZUKURIPQCDSME, and KARAKURI (Low-Cost Automation), he has been instrumental in bringing Japanese manufacturing systems to Indian industries.

He has served in leadership roles at DENSO, Toyota Group, and Tri-Wall India, leading multiple plant setups and shop floor capability-building initiatives.

He holds a B.Tech in Electronics & Telecommunications, and is certified in JLPT Level-1 and KANJI KENTEI Level-1 (Japan).

Today, he leads hands-on training programs rooted in MONOZUKURI and HITOZUKURI, empowering Indian MSMEs to achieve World-Class Manufacturing Excellence.
